KGM is excited to introduce KGM Advisory Services for shows in early development. Our focus is on helping producers, especially those earlier in their trajectory, get set up with the essential pre-production foundations: budgeting, early contracting, and the organizational “work before the work.”
There’s no long-term commitment. The goal is to provide early guidance at affordable rates, helping producers shape the development process and improve the long-term prospects for their shows, from a team with 20+ years of experience launching new shows in New York. Learn more about it here!
Additionally, we are going to be posting informational videos about the business of theater on our KGM YouTube channel. You can watch our first video on the 4 Essential Elements of a Theater Budget here.
